Fees

1.0 The Tenant(s) will not be liable for any fees relating to administration by the Landlord/Agent of the Tenancy either at the setting up or the checking out stages. For clarification, administration includes, but is not limited to, property viewing, referencing, guarantor agreement, issuing and explaining Tenancy Agreement and check out procedures at the end of the Tenancy

2.0 The Tenants are reminded that they may become liable to the Landlord/Agent for any breach of the Terms of the Agreement which result in costs, expense, loss or damage to be incurred by the Landlord/Agent

3.0 The published costs of specific expenses referred to in the Agreement are :-

3.1 Removal and disposal of personal items left at the property after check out £20.00 per sack
3.2 Failure by Tenant to cancel rent standing order after check out £20.00 including VAT
3.3 Failure to lease the property in an orderly and clean state resembling that at start of tenancy. Cleaning and clearing as per invoice
3.4 Non return of Yale/mortice type key at check out £15.00 including VAT
Non return of Anker key at check out £30.00 including VAT
3.5 Cost to rectify damage caused as per 2.0 above At invoiced costs

4.0 In the case of a joint and several tenancy, where any breach is as described above, the cost will be divided between all named tenants.
